Can Volume Orders be Returned?
No, there is a no return policy on any volume orders. That is why I prefer you order a sample.
The only exception is if the item(s) were damaged in transit, and must be returned same day as received in original packaging.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Can I get a discount on my order if I purchase in volume?
Although my wholesale distributer does not give me much of a break for bigger purchases, I may be able if the order is really large (over 100 items). We sometimes offer free shipping for large orders. Wholesale purchases can sometimes be the exception.
There is never a discount on shipping. What we are charged, you are charged.
Why is my shipping so high?
The reason is because we use PayPal and there is no way to get accurate shipping for each order. Since different items (and quantities) weigh differently depending on where they go in the country we cannot be completely accurate. We try to get it as close as possible but it usually ends up being more than enough. The only exception is if you request a shipping quote prior to making an order and do not want to use the PayPal buttons provided on our site.
For this reason we do offer refunds on shipping if the cost of shipping is considerably lower than what was originally charged. For example if your item only cost $5 to ship but you were charged $15 then you would qualifiy for a partial refund. It is your responsibility to request a refund no later than 2 weeks after making your order.
Is Paypal Secure? Who sees my credit card information?
Some have never used their credit card online and worry if their credit card numbers are safe. It is probably the most secure form of online credit card processing on the web. I do not see your credit card numbers, only Paypal has that information.
I have never had a single complaint of an unauthorized use of a customers credit card with Paypal. They guarantee your card, 100%.
I trust them with my own money.
I have complaints of too much security with Paypal, not too little. Paypal now lets you use it's services without setting up an account.
What about Wholesale accounts?
Wholesale accounts are different. We do not use Paypal for payment. We require your business name and address, business phone, email address, and Tax Resale I.D. When making an order we do require submitting your credit card information by means of Fax to us. Your information is never given to a 3rd party.
