What if I Put an Arrangement in it? Yes, I want you to completely try the sample out with an arrangement. There is no way to know how the finished centerpiece will look unless you put it completely together. Can Volume or Special Orders be Returned? No, there is a no return policy on any volume or special orders. No exceptions. That is why I prefer it if you order a sample first. To be sure of what you want. |
| What is a Special Order? A special order is any item, that you ask me to get for you, that is not in the online catalog. In a case like that, I would have to make a special trip to the wholesaler to pick it up. Can I Get a Discount on My Order if I Purchase in Volume? Free shipping is one of the discounts I offer, on certain qualifying purchases. Although my wholesaler does not give me any break for a bigger purchases either, I may be able to, if the order is really large, though. This is especially true with silk flowers or really huge fresh orchid purchases. Wedding orders tend to be large and I am very partial to someone that buys my do-it-yourself centerpiece designs. Is Paypal Secure? Some have never used their credit card online and worry if their credit card numbers are safe. It is probably the most secure form of online credit card processing on the web. The merchant does not see your credit card numbers. Only Paypal has that that information. I have never had a single complaint of an unauthorized use of a customers credit card with Paypal. They guarantee your card, 100%. I trust them with my own money. I have complaints of too much security with Paypal, not too little. The first time you use Paypal it is a pain. After that it is quite quick ... unless you forget your password :-). Please remember to write down your password and keep it in a secure place. If you think of it when you order, please add your phone number to the message box ... Paypal does not send me that information. |
